Sintered Iron Cutting Tools

Sintered iron is iron produced using a powdered metal process, and is often used as an additive or raw material for smelting special steel, precision alloy and magnetic material, as well as other purposes for iron products. In order to cut sintered iron, REALY produced the BNS2503 PCBN insert, with a PCBN content of 89-91% to ensure an outstanding cutting effect.
