Established in 2005 with an investment of 120 million yuan, REALY is a professional manufacturer of PCBN cutting tools. Our factory is equipped with more than 60 sets of super-hard tool special production equipment and testing equipment, and the raw materials used are high-quality polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) materials. The company's aim is to produce cost-effective PCBN cutting tools for customers.
At present, our PCBN cutting tools include PCBN cutting tool inserts, PCBN composite inserts and PCBN tipped inserts, covering more than 1,500 varieties. The PCBN cutting tools are widely used in mining machinery, grain and oil machinery, auto parts, molds, bearings and other industries. Specifically, our cutting tools can be used for the high-speed cutting of gray cast iron, ductile iron, wear-resistant alloy cast iron and powdered metallurgy materials, as well as the cutting of chilled alloy cast iron, high manganese steel, bearing steel, cemented carbide and other materials that are difficult to process.
REALY has been focused on the development and production of PCBN cutting tools for many years. At present, we have an annual production capacity of 1 million inserts of various types. Our products have been exported to more than 20 countries including Germany, the United States, Switzerland, Japan and the United Kingdom.
The series of BNS cutting tool inserts feature a high hardness, excellent heat resistance, and long service life. Both sides of the BNS insert cutting edge can be used for cutting, making the tool ideal for use in rolling, mining machinery, grain and oil machinery, auto parts, aeronautics and astronautics, molds, large bearings and more.
Within this series, the BNS51 and BNS610 are the most popular, and within the automotive industry, have replaced imported cutting tools to become the most common tool of choice.

BNC composite inserts are widely used for cutting and machining of tough materials, such as quenching steel, bearing steel, and mold steel.
REALY offers 6 different varieties of round composite inserts: φ45*3.0 φ45*2.0 φ31*3.0 φ19*4.76 φ13.3*4.76 φ13.3*3.0. REALY is also capable of setting composite insert heads after cutting on standard cemented insert bases according to customer needs.

The BNW series is a recently developed PCBN tipped insert developed by REALY. They feature all of the machining properties of the BNS series, and are still available at a low costs. These tipped inserts are often used in ordinary machining applications with a higher comprehensive cost, used as replacements for a hard carbide blade.
