BNW-11 PCBN inserts

The PCBN content of BNW-11 PCBN inserts is 90-92%, with a particle size value of about 8µm-12µm. That makes these inserts ideal for use in high speed cutting of normal grey cast iron, which is then used to process engine cylinder blocks and cylinder heads in the automotive industry.

In order to fulfill customer requirements and ensure these inserts are applicable to different applications, we produce the BNW-11 PCBN inserts in different shapes, such as diamond, square, circle or convex triangle, as well as customize the size and cutting edge treatment of the corner radius.
