PCBN Composite inserts

BNC composite inserts are widely used for cutting and machining of tough materials, such as quenching steel, bearing steel, and mold steel.

REALY offers 6 different varieties of round composite inserts: φ45*3.0 φ45*2.0 φ31*3.0 φ19*4.76 φ13.3*4.76 φ13.3*3.0. REALY is also capable of setting composite insert heads after cutting on standard cemented insert bases according to customer needs.

According to the difference of PCBN content in the composite inserts and their grain size, we have manufactured the following PCBN composite inserts:
    1. BNC-9501 PCBN Composite inserts
    2. BNC-9501 PCBN Composite inserts REALY offers PCBN turning tools classified into BNC9501, containing a 90-95% PCBN content, and grain size of about 4μm-12μm. These inserts are often used in the high speed machining of common gray cast iron, and processing a number of parts within the automotive industry, including the engine cylinder block and cylinder head.

    2. BNC-6001 PCBN Composite inserts The BNC-6001 PCBN composite inserts contain 55-60% PCBN with a grain size of , 4μm-12μm. REALY provide six types of round composite inserts: φ45*3.0 φ45*2.0 φ31*3.0 φ19*4.76 φ13.3*4.76 φ13.3*3.0, and is also capable of setting composite insert heads after cutting on standard cemented carbide insert bases according to customer needs.
    1. BNC-702 PCBN Composite inserts
    2. BNC-702 PCBN Composite inserts REALY offers BNC-702 PCBN tools with a PCBN content of 65-70% and a granularity of about 2μm. The entire surface of the cemented carbide insert is sintered. We offer 6 round composite insert types for customers to choose from: φ45*3.0 φ45*2.0 φ31*3.0 φ19*4.76 φ13.3*4.76 φ13.3*3.0.
